Limited Warranty

Our shower door enclosures, mirrors and railings are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the day of installation. Within this period, Alto Glass Co. will at its sole option repair or replace any components that fail during normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labor.

Swing door hinges(three screws plate hinges for frameless doors only) are covered under 10 years warranty. Commercial installations are covered under 2 year warranty.

To obtain warranty service, contact Alto Glass Co. Original sales receipt is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.

This warranty is subject to the following exceptions:

• Damage caused by a repair or an attempt to repair by other than Alto Glass Co. will void the warranty
• This warranty covers normal consumer use and doesn't cover defects or damage to any products which, in the sole opinion of the AltoGlass Co. has been subject to: unauthorized modification abuse, misapplication, accident, alteration, improper installation, maladjustment of consumer controls, abnormal operation conditions, expose to fire, sand, dirt, windstorm, earthquake, or which has been attributable to acts of God.
• Damage caused by an application of harsh and abrasive cleaners will not be covered by the warranty.
